Changing the Scroll Bars Color

Each page designed in Ezypage can have a different scroll bar color.
A page scroll bar color can be select by using the 'Page Properties...'
menu item or else by double clicking on any empty part of a page to
display the page properties window.

In the example shown below we have select a dark purple for
Page 11 scroll bar.

If a user click the 'All' button, all pages from 1 - 600 will have a dark
purple scroll bar.

If a user presses the 'Default' button the default browser scroll bar
color will be used.

If the 'Visible' is not check, there will be no scroll bar for page 11. If
the user then presses the 'All' button all the web pages will not
have a scroll bar.
