Frames can be added by clicking on the frame button and then by clicking and dragging the left
mouse button on page to draw and size the frame.
A frame is a area where another web page can be displayed within. This can be a page from your
site or another persons web site.
Double click on the created area to edit properties...

Some very old browser do not support frames you can add HTML
code which can alternatively be displayed instead.
