 Sets the default language dictionary when Ezypage is loaded..

FTP Application...
Changes from the default Ezypage FTP file transfer application to one
that a user might be already use too.

Paint Application...
Add or changes the default paint application to be used.

Palette...
Load and save a custom color palette of you choosing.

Scale - Set the scale in pixel, Inches, Millimeters and Centimeters.
  
Rulers - Displays a ruler in the above scale.

Snap to Grid - All object move will move to the nearest grid setting.

Favicon - Sets the Favicon.ico file for the web site, click the Icon to add.

Base Font - Sets the default font type and size for all the new object.

Hyper link Properties - Sets the default color of all hyper links. This will also set the color
scheme for the referenced hyper links words.

Text Box - Set the default size and type for the text boxes, use the right mouse button on the text box 
button to create a new text box with the default settings.

Button - Sets the command button width and height using the current select default color. (Use the
right mouse button on command object creation button to create a button with the default settings) 

Thumbnail Size - Set the size of the created thumbnails in pixels.

Image Directory - The name of a directory where all image files can be placed in when  the project
is export or uploaded.

DocType Line - Customize the Doctype line for all HTML pages.

Pages Transition - Explorer browser feature, when a link is clicked on, a special effect will happen
between the linked page and the existing of pages.

Background Sound - Plays a .wav or .mid file while viewing a page. A user can select how many time
the should be played, use zero for continues play.

Background Image - Sets an image for a tiled background for every page. The background image can
have a scrolling movement in an upward or downward direction.

To fix an image use the fixed check box, The background will not move when scrolling down a page.
