Create any number of Dropdown Combo Boxes with links

By using the 'Insert Drop Down Combo...' menu item a user can
create a combo box with optional hyper links.

Use the font type, size, bold, italic, underline and strikethu to
change combo box font style.

Use the left mouse button on palette to change the font color.

Use the right mouse button on palette to change the background
color of the combo box.

In the above sample the font color is red and the background color
is light yellow.

Double click on combo box to change combo title and their links as shown below.

The combo titles go on the left and the links to the titles go on the right, if there is no links
the values for each combo title will be a number starting at the value 1 for the first title.
